1. Order Processing Times
- Standard & Consumer Retail Items: All standard in-stock items (including curated goods and smaller retail packages) are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Commercial & Enterprise Logistics Gear: Heavy equipment, distribution packs, and commercial-grade hardware may require 3–5 business days for secure packing, palletizing, and freight staging.
- Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on package weight and destination, and they will be displayed accurately at checkout. We utilize trusted carrier networks to ensure reliable transit times:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected carrier service. Available options may include USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.).
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for eligible items).
- Freight & LTL (Less-Than-Truckload): Delivery times vary by region for heavy enterprise distribution shipments. A tracking number and delivery window will be coordinated directly by our logistics team.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become available as the carrier scans and processes your shipment.
4. Delivery Locations & Restrictions
- We currently ship to valid physical addresses within the United States where carrier service is available.
- For heavy commercial equipment and freight shipments, a loading dock or commercial forklift capability may be required. Residential freight delivery must be coordinated prior to dispatch.
- We do not currently ship heavy commercial or freight shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Damages, Loss, and Shortages
Maison Fortier Group LLC takes care in preparing orders for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while we review the issue and, when applicable, coordinate a carrier claim, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
